Coconut oil… What can’t you do with it?! If you have not started using it I really recommend slowly adding it to your cooking and or beauty routine. I started using coconut oil about a year ago in just my bread and than I started using it in a lot of my recipes that call for butter. I go back and forth between it but I like that it does not contain any cholesterol especially since my husband has type 1 Diabetes!. Also if you use ground venison and cook your meat in the coconut oil it adds a great texture to it. If you add coconut oil and a bit of orange juice to your venison it helps with the gamy taste!
My motto is to try to feed my family things that are natural and we strive to stay as healthy as we can each week! I say each week because this is such a time of being overwhelmed with foods and what to eat and not to eat so I strive for a weekly goal otherwise I can feel overwhelmed and defeated!
