Members of our group on Facebook mentioned the Rotisserie Chicken from Costco is their favorite. At my last trip, I had to find out.
We went to the back by the meat section and found them. To my surprise they were $4.99! I grabbed one by the sides and set it in the cart. It was hot so be careful when you pick it up.
Will it compare to our favorite 18″ Pizza for $9.99?
We brought it home for dinner, I steamed up some veggies to serve with it. Our dinner cost was about $6.50 for two! And it only took about 5 minutes to make!
Plus, we continued to eat this Rotisserie chicken for the rest of the week. I put it in Burritos, Nachos, Pasta, and saved the rest of a soup.

One thing we noticed right away was how tender this Chicken was. It was easy to pull apart, and melted in our mouth. I added a bit of Paprika and salt and pepper, but this 3lb bird was cooked to perfection.

Another interesting bit, is that Costco injects their Rotisserie Chickens with Saline Solution. This is a different approach to an old fashioned brine.
