- Alice in Wonderland Play 7:30 p.m-The Batavia Players’ Summer Youth Theater will present five shows of its production of “Alice in Wonderland” Aug. 13-16 at Harvester 56 Theater. The show is and adaptation of Lewis Caroll’s famous book. It is directed by Patrick Burk with musical director Kathy White and vocal director Adam Secor. - DIVE IN MOVIE “FROZEN” Darien Lake Amusement Park will show “Frozen” at 7:45 p.m. on its new video board in the wave pool for its new “Dive-In Movies” attraction. - Trunk and Treasure Sale – 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 15 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 31 Washington Ave., Batavia. Sponsored by the Lutheran Women Missionary League. A multi-family garage sale featuring the treasures and collectibles of 20 or more families. There will also be crafters and vendors. Bake sale and refreshments are available. Ages 16 and up: $10 includes all supplies – pre-registration required. - Hogs for Paws – 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Aug. 15 at Stan’s Harley Davidson Inc., 4425 West Saile Dr., Batavia. Hogs for Paws is a fundraising and reunion event for our local Genesee County Animal Shelter. Activities at the event are microchipping for dogs and cats, $30, obedience training with the K-9 Kahuna, K-9 demonstration, face painting, magic with Joe, 50/50 raffle and t-shirt sale, vendors and open arms rescue. Lunch is $5 per person. All monies are donated to Volunteers for Animals includes a hot dog, salad and a drink. Aug. 15

Family festival with live entertainment, variety of food vendors, arts and crafts, children’s activities, carnival rides, music and a Super Car Cruise with more than 400 cars and motorcycles.
