Costco is the most fantastic warehouse store in the world, especially if you are looking for deals. Beginning in Kirkland, Washington, this warehouse store can be found in just about any country on the planet.
If you do not have a Costco membership, I want to encourage you to change all of your plans and head to your local Costco as soon as possible. I am kidding. Sort of- I love Costco (and I am convinced you will too).
Costco sells everything from baby items to computers to everything you need for the ultimate camping trip.
This store is a one-stop shop for all of your family’s needs. One of my favorite parts about Costco is their incredible deals. But, it turns out that buying in bulk has its advantages!

Look for the end of the price tag.
Costco is one of the most recognizable brands in the entire world, and because of that, they make special deals with brands that will save you money. How awesome is that?
While you can save money on just about anything that Costco sells, I have found that the best way to find deals is to check the price tag.
At Costco, when anything ends in a unique number will lead you to a fantastic deal.
Whenever a price tag ends in .05, .79, or .89– that is what you want to look for! Any time you see a price tag end in a seemingly random number, there is a good chance that Costco got a special deal from the manufacturer, which in turn means a good deal for you- yay!
Why .97 is the best end to a Costco price tag
Typically, the Costco pricing will end at .99. If you are lucky, though, and are smart enough to do your research with this article, you will know how price tags that end in .97 mean that they are on clearance.
Do you know how most stores will make their clearance in a special section or with a special colored tag? This is like that, but for Costco.
In addition, the little star on the price sheet informs you that the item will not be restocked. I have been so thankful to know this while shopping.
The best part is that not everyone knows this juicy insider secret, which means more opportunities to save on everyday items.
